The work have a lot of bugs. I had to give the project to someone else due to lack of performance.
As a computer science engineer, I can inform that this person has very bad programming skills. His math-skills cannot even be meantioned. Even though I gave him a clean C# example of resizing, he couldn't rewrite that to flashscipt (we are talking 15 - 20 lines of "simple" code). Instead he tried to write his own script, which didn't work. I had to fix it myselves.
He promised he would fix the last changes at the end of the project, so I though I would be nice and transfer the money to him in advance. After he got paid, I never heard from him again. |

| Comments: Until now I have never had a flash designer/programmer that is as good as this guy. Very fast, very thorough, very detail oriented. This guy is the king when it comes to custom work. Our last programmer we had to replace because he could not meet deadlines and left huge holes in the programming... this guy found evey hole, even the minor ones and cleaned everything up for us. Definately one hell of a design/programmer. Almost hate to share him with anyone... yes, he is that good! |
