Comments: Intelligent project manager; gets project requirements laid out *before* listing the project itself. He got burned by a prior provider who did a hack job; 90% of the result was cut-and-paste from the target site, rather than a true analysis. Good interaction, and quick turnaround on payment by escrow. I would definitely work with him again.

Comments: Never deal with him, He just want me to make fool and want the complete word document before the bid amount he just want to pay $22 and said that paypal take two days to transfer the money and will send after two day bit give me the document.So how can i give him the complete technical report when i know that paypal takes 2 minutes to send money as i also use paypal. Not recommended and if any body deals say him to give the full advance in escrow. I still have the complete report. Buyer NOT RECOMMENDED he can take your money.
