Comments: 2nd time if have used Citpl on complex work, and as before I have found them to be technically proficient, helpful and responsive, with good creative suggestions. They deliver excellent results at a competitive price. I will definitely use them again and I am happy to recommend them.

Comments: I cannot recommend this provider. Their attitude, while obviously striving to be professional, was somewhat superior, a little snotty even. This kind of attitude does not bother me if the performance is superior too - but in this case it was not. It was merely acceptable. There were all kinds of misunderstandings or not-understandings, there were a variety of bugs in the delivered product, there were power outages and mailserver malfunctions and all kinds of things. For a large project this kind of "behaviour" would be totally unacceptable, but for a small project like this one it can be considered acceptable. Thus, I rate them a 5, which is "acceptable" on GAF's rating scale.
