Comments: This has been my third experience in using GAF service providers, and Dev has been - by far - the Best I've worked with so far! He's been very communicative with me, he listened to my needs, and clearly confirmed things until he had a good understanding. Whenever there was a 'glitch', he was right there to help. He did what he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it, and for the price we agreed to - what more can you ask for? I will be using Dev for other projects - but I don't want you to! (I want him all for myself !!) Just kidding - someone this good isn't going to be available so easily for very long. PS - He's also fluent in English, which I find very handy.

Comments: I chose OutsourceDev based on previous feedback but must say I was disappointed. The one day project took weeks to finish; OutsourceDev communicates in a kind of newspeak (bcoz, RU, etc.). This 1 person shop (calling him or herself Gurus, plural) did not properly read the pretty extensive requirements; sent incomplete files when the project was finally done; and kept asking for 10 out of 10 positive feedback. I was looking for a long lasting coding relationship; unfortunately I have decided not to work with Outsource Dev again. 6 out of 10 because he/she (I do not know because the coder never emailed her/his real name) finally did send the code; it looks clean (except from some typos) and you get what you pay for. One last question for Outsource Dev: I asked you at least five times: have you tested the code? You never replied ...
