Comments: Sings a good tune and seems knowledgably but website was never delivered. Will always tell you he has finished things and never does it. CANNOT keep deadlines or any kind of deadline. Then after about 6 months of excuses from sickness to car crashes, and vacations he just said he was not going to finish the website. He may be a scammer working for a larger organization or he is the worst developer I ever met. I think he wants to be a web developer but does not have the true skills.
