Incomplete Report: Hi i had a very urgent project which I had awarded to a Bidder and paid him $50 Advance and from after a week as they promised to show me Mockup they are not Replying to me my project was very very urgent ANd till now I did not get anything , They are not responding to the msn messages and not replying to emails. I Have to exhibit my B2B site in Canton fair I have a JOint booth there in mid october 2009 i had planned to get suppliers and buyers register there on spot free of cost and nothing is working The service provider did not even Started this project. he won this project on 11Aug2009 till now they did not even started.
 » advanceweb7's reply: Hi All, first they told me for a simpale B2B website development so i have placed my bid on this project in 750 USD .. but after my selection they wanta mixed clone copy of functions from Alibaba.com and hktdc.com But for me......... $750USD for such a big B 2 B site development is too low, we usualyl charge more than $10K for such sites As we do every job from a good code base in Zend framework OOPS based from scratch, not just doing any quick cookie cutter solution or use of any third party script and put a nice design on home page and left most of the thigns undone so our costs are bit high ! In fact i am bidding on a project on alibab clone in $10K, for yours it might be $6K - 8K based on the features needed ! At least give respect to service provider - are you fair with your budget?? Incomplete Report: advanceweb7 is not in the situation to get in contact with me and they dont tell the truth. Before they get the job they bug me 3-4 times a day, then i give them the job on 13th and make the escrow. They told me, that i would get in one day the mockups. But nothing. On 14th i sent them mail with all details. I write everyday but i never get feedback. Before they get the job, they was online every minute, but after they get the job, no contact. After i put a Deadline he writes me that his Mother dies. Then he writes me 3 Mails, each after 6 hours, where he always writes will be finish in one hour or it is finish, i checked, will sent to you in one hour and so on. All delaying Tactic. He did nothing. He is a liar.

Comments: Advanceweb7 delivered basically what I asked for, nothing more nothing less. The product delivered meets my specs but is average in quality. CSS is not a specialty. Promised delivery was 5 days, but actual was 14. The 7 rating reflects the product quality, delivery time and availability/responsiveness as a whole based on the amount paid. I expected a higher quality optimized product for the money.
