Comments: The only provider of the 60 or so that bided on the initial posting of the Job, which took the time to ask pertinent relative questions! Good communication and contactable whenever required. Unfortunately the job was terminated at this time, as it became evident during development that we didn’t really understand how to express our requirements. We would be happy to work with Ourwebteam again in the future once we have correctly documented our requirements. Most GAF users seem to make ratings of 10/10. I don’t believe this to be realistically possible for any job. I rated Ourwebteams effort as 9/10 because nothing is ever perfect in this imperfect world!

Comments: THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND THIEFS! They have now changed their name to 'Ourwebteam' from 'lenzap' and changed their location to philippines from san francisco. I was lied to (1st of many lies) in the beginning and told they are from san francisco. I got suspicious when he would say time to go to sleep when it was 9pm EST, 6pm pacific!! The project was suppose to take 1 month, he said I will not do anything without getting a down payment of $300 (stolen by these thiefs). He kept disappearing for dayss with no communication and kept apologizing and asking for more time (all lies), I was very patient with them. Gave me a million excuses and lies, didn’t even have access to a hosting account to show me the work. After more than a month, he barely had a homepage to show me. One day he said my friend has passed away and I have to go to the burial and disappeared after that, I waited 1 more week with tens of emails and no response before looking for someone else. Also, no team, 1 man show.
 » ourwebteam's reply: The work was done and the files are sent to his server. We are not thieves nor do we commit lies to clients. Here is what truly happens: We have a written agreement and we had agreed we have to follow what is on there. We did it all. In time that he needs to pay us, he does not have money to escrow and wants us to work without assurance, which is not fair. We declined to continue the work. This is not a problem on the team’s performance. We were very sorry such thing has been written. We have more than enough proof of what we can do. We rather spend our time with clients who are far worth working for. Nonetheless, we learned our lesson. We still appreciate your business.

Comments: This project drug out indefinately. Was a very simple project that was overcomplicated by providers and in the end had to do much of it myself. Was very disapointed with the lack of communication from the provider and work rendered. The price was increased twice after accepting the bid and was hassled about releasing money from escrow (For a personal emergency of the provider) after i did that my project was basicly put on the shelf. A 5 Day project that turned into 2 months of hell and nearly got me fired. Will definately never use them again and do not reccomend them to anyone.

After three days he thought of something he wants to edit, he wants it for free in exchange of a good feedback, well it is impossible so I did not do it. Here I am got a bad feedback. Would be good writting essays for a fifth grader!

Once I had done this, the buyer CHANGED the project specs. In any event, I complied and began re-writing everything. I provided him with samples of re-written content and wrote to him repeatedly, receiving no response for two days. When he finally responded, he said "the project was cancelled." He then tried to pressure me into writing more content for him immediately ... without paying the tab on the first project. This person should be avoided at all costs!
