Incomplete Report: Provider bid on a project he could not complete, then gave a B.S reason why he couldn’t complete the work. After wasting 4 days he tried to strong arm me in to giving him neutral feedback by holding my money hostage until I gave him good feedback but that didn’t work admin cancelled project.  » mitrasubir's reply: Brian is an intelegent Buyer and trickey also. We designed the mockup for him, he finalised but didn't pay me any single penny for that. He forced me to release the escrow money, I released the escrow and its was a long day back senario. We both agreed to cancel the project. It was a bad time for me to accept the offer from Brian. But I still love to provide him our support. Thanks Brian for your feedback.
