Comments: Very poor time management skills. Project was supposed to start about 3 months ago. It is 3 months after choosing the provider and he has not STARTED even. Constant excuses and empty promises plagued this project. I was very patient to stay waiting 3 months, but after an ultimatum given to the provider that I will leave a bad rating if he doesn't start immediately, he told me that I am right and he will start on the 7th of January (about 10 days from that message). It is the 8th now, and my patience has run out, justifiably so. A very bad case of a provider not providing, let alone STARTING! 0/10
