Comments: This project involved supervising another programmer in building a complex site - freight.4.com - and in this Frank did an excellent job. He firstly read and mastered a very long and complex specification and he was able to understand the whole site structure in great detail. From there, he was able to make many valuable suggestions. His supervisory role saved us and the programmer he supervised from making errors. Frank holds a Masters in Computing and his knowledge is commensurate with those skills. He also holds a business degree and his comments concerning the business model of freight4 was also most incisive and welcome. I strongly recommend his role as any supervisor in any complex www task - and, naturally, in any programming task.
