Incomplete report: We started this project on 13th October 08. Mariuswizard bid 3 days for completion for this project. It's now 13th November 08 and the project is still not completed. There were about 5 days of delays caused by my end but even with the delays, I expected the project should have been completely finished by now. Further to this, I have emailed this programmer at least 2 times in the last 8 days and haven't received a response. He isn't a bad programmer, it's unfortunate that he isn't reliable and doesn't finish jobs when he says he will. This is not acceptable!
