CSS / XHTML / HTML Guru needed for small project. $ 50 in 1 day 11-06-2009 -
Incomplete Report: Firstly the $50 was unpaid since I paid him $40 as agreed before he started the project. As for feedback, where do I start? This guy was terrible. I had 4 small css tasks that I needed done, one of them was a non-css task and the other three were quite straightforward. In total an hour's work for an experienced CSS person. He did 2 and advised me on the 3rd. For the 4th item he kept making remarks about changing a different css file to the one he should change and after a week I was still waiting for him but he didn't do it. In the end I did it myself in 20 minutes (and I am not a css expert) and left one small part of it undone for him to finish. I told him when he finished that one small part I would consider the job done and I would pay him. He said I couldn't put down conditions and refused to do the small part saying I was unprofessional and started insulting me. Well HE's the unprofessional one. I have no idea where he got the good reviews from as he is bad.

Incomplete Report: He was not able to find the solution as said for 1 day. The most important thing is that he even didn't read the description of my posted project.
 » YashpalSingh123's reply: After Selecting the Bid ,person not escrow any amount , even also does not provide me any FTP information , and also he is the new user on GAF and done incomplete report. never work again this guy.
