Comments: After waiting for ages for any response we eventually talked and he wanted me to deposit Escrow money without proffo of anything - I was very wary of this as I have now been let down 3 times on this website and imagine if I'd paid every time!!! I therefore said that I would only pay Escrow if he would draw up a design proposal that I could sign off - standard practice in the UK. He would not do this so I can only presume he intended to rip me off!!! Very annoyed as this has put the website back again and wated loads of time.
 » CPR's reply: After bid win he was never attend atleast one chat to discuss project development. How can we develop it without escrow deposit. i had many times cheated by this type of buyers.

Comments: Never was able to produce the database reports I needed. Said delivered in 5 days...it is 15 days and still waiting.
 » CPR's reply: We have developed and uploaded everything in his website. Whenever i asked for payment he suddenly missed from online and never met me again. After one month i saw this feedback only. What a guy?
