Comments: She would not pay because she said the articles weren't long enough...even though she asked for 600 and I gave her 630. Then she said it was because I didn't include details about airlines....and I pointed her to where I did. She was inflexible about payment method and utterly rude.

» shadowcd's answer: I was never rude in dealing with Richard and when I provided feedback to him I included both the length and the missing information. I did not refuse to pay, I only requested he deliver articles that met the requirements we agreed upon. He did provide the amended articles and he was paid promptly. My biggest complaint was that he attempted to pressure me to give him a rating that I did not feel he deserved.

Comments: Ginny is a wonderful buyer. Although there were some communication problems at the beginning, the project was completed to the buyer's satisfaction. This is my ultimate goal and I'm pleased that she was happy with the articles. I would highly recommend this buyer to anyone.
