I was disappointed with the communication standards of the service provider. He does not read project specifications sent through emails, he haggles for payment even before he sends us a schedule of deliverables, delays deliverables due to religious ceremonies (which is acceptable if the buyer is informed in advance, but we were not), and reacts to feedback (on specifications not met) saying "I am not used to details being sent through emails, please use the GAF PMB". It was a disappointing experience working with this gentleman, more so because the specifications were sent hours before the project was awarded to him . I have paid for the work done and submitted, but I am not going to use his services again.
» prabirsenuk's reply: I want to keep the records of communication at one place and nothing is more appropriate than the PMB in GAF, since it is a project assigned to me through GAF. I do not think that I am wrong.
