Comments: Positive: Several phases were completed to satisfaction. Payment was released after all tasks in phase were done. In general, there was good communication. SSSPL was willing to make appropriate modifications when needed. Negative: Went over agreed deadlines sometimes (-1). Submitted unfinished tasks as complete (-1). Did not finish all phases of the entire project (-1). Did not even say "goodbye", simply stopped communicating after a certain point (-1). I feel ssspl is not a bad choice for projects, however I cannot ignore the shortcomings that I experienced. I suspect that these issues will be cleared up in the future. Overall, if you are patient, ssspl does good work and is competent in ASP / MSSQL programming.
