| Comments: I really liked to work with Troy. He knew exactly what he wanted and made it very easy for me to accomplish his goal.
When he did not like something he informed me right away and contacted me constantly and polite.
I can understand when people are not happy with his way - but thats not the problem with Troy its more a problem of the people which get paid for a job they have to do.
I can only say, if you get offered to work with Troy - take it. |

| Comments: 1. tdoucet has written very big description to the project but when I have made IN ACCURACY by this description tdoucet has declared that it at all is not it what is necessary for him. As a result of long clarification was cleared that that algorithm which is really necessary tdoucet is formulating in three lines instead of three pages written by tdoucet. 2. During work tdoucet repeatedly changed the requirements. At first one output data are necessary for him, then others.
At first for him is necessary to multiply results on 100, then to divide it on 100 and at last is unnecessary both. Etc. 3. When in the program was discovering the mistake (really my mistake) instead transferring to me the information is necessary for its correction tdoucet fully falls into a stupor and has stopped correspondence. I am forced waste something about one week so as to even receive from tdoucet a file of the data on which this mistake occurred. |
| » tdoucet's answer: I am saddened by this post. I gave Shot every opportunity to complete the project, even though it took him 3 months to complete (15 days was bid time). His lack of understanding of English was a consistent point of confusion for him. I patiently clarified my expectations and worked diligently to quickly respond to his continual requests. It was necessary for me to provide him with all of the algorithms for the program because of his lack of basic math skills (division and multiplication). I agreed to release the funds because I know he tried very hard, although I had more than sufficient grounds to cancel the escrow. I was further generous with my scoring of his program, although not necessary. Time and again I have nothing but try to help Shot – even when he threatened me that I should remove my posting of his work (at a very generous 7). This scoring is thus a major disappointment. |
