Comments: This designer had a very hard time understanding what I wanted. I gave him the project because he showed me samples of work that he supposedly created and said he KNEW IT ALL. It turns out that he only did some of the coding on these sites and did not actually do the complete website. After I hired him he admitted that there were many things he did not know. I needed design work as well as coding and he did not know how to do that either. This guy obviously just wanted the money and did not listen that what I told him prior to accepting. He could have PM me to cancel this project. Instead, he went straight to the feedback. Therefore, I had no choice but to leave him negative in return and tell the TRUTH. I apologize if this hurts your reputation on GAF for there was an easier alternative.

» webwiz's answer: This person is saying completely lie. He had never asked for design service because someone else was working on design for his site. After my bid was accepted this guy told me to wait 1-2 days till someone finish design. And after this he simply disappeared, I had no respond to e-mails and PMs for over 2 weeks. I missed out other projects because of this lier. BTW, all sites listed in my profile are made by me, so this is another lie by this person. I'm very disappointed with him. Never make a deal with him!
