Comments: Promised me the work a month ago. I talked to him several times on skype and messenger. Said again that he was going to do it quickly but did not do it. Nothing. THen he refused to respond to any of my attempts to contact him. He delivered part of the initial translation though fairly quickly though it had errors so I evaluate him with 3.
