Comments: dont waste your time on this buyer. tried to scam me from the first minute. insisted i send the script even though i said there's no need as i'll install it as the project description requested. sent the guy the script, he says he'll give me login info to complete the project tomorrow. after waiting for a few days due to him not being able to provide login info (or giving me wrong info) he emails me requesting his money back, he decides that the script he clearly stated in the projects description he wanted, is in fact not what he wanted. he also e-mails me a screenshot of IE showing the script installed by him (cant really be sure that it was the script at his host) showing off an javascript error icon in the status bar. he then refuses to let me install the script as originally planed. (i suspect the .js error was caused by a bad include of a .js file due to bad instalation) demands his money back and after i refuse saying i've already sent him the script threatens with a bad rate.
 » bsphb's reply: A bad service provider & money-grabbing rogue. Though I spelt out clearly in my job scope that bidders must first show a working demo before installation he didn't do so but promised he'd done it before. I trusted him and gave him the job w/ payment upfront. Just before the bidding closed, he suddenly demanded extra payment for installation service. I refused & he then backed down. He wanted root access to my server, but of course I wanted to check the script first before letting a stranger take over. I then found that he’d sent me a buggy script that’s FREELY available on the web. At this stage, there was no way I’d let him install it. I confronted him and told him I'd like to have the deal cancelled since I wasn't happy & he hadn’t done anything yet. I even offered to let him keep half the payment. He refused, insisting that once payment has been made the project could not be withdrawn. He claimed it’s a good script but when asked to demo on his own server, he wouldn't.
