Comments: Ezer's excellent to work for; he clearly defines what he wants done including examples of what he wants to see. He's active in providing any needed clarifications; and maintains both a friendly and cheerful disposition. Ezer is also diligent in both rating and making payments on assigned work. He tells you upfront what each job is worth and upon completion, it's frequently paid before you even have a chance to look. I couldn't ask for a better paymaster.
