Comments: Crystal was quick to grasp the required concept (a simple understated website) and gave me exactly what I wanted. She takes pride in her work and doing a good job, values her customers and importantly is organised and methodical. Customers get sent a disk with the files and she is available after she gets her money in case there are any problems. She goes the extra and gets a 10
