Comments: This programmer is average; I wouldn’t use him again. Nee is very condescending & obstinate & started the job with the attitude that everything was 'out of scope'; raising the price the moment he won the job. Total cost=30% more & twice as long. He charged for every single addition, no matter how small & delivered the most basic of programs. The code was obviously copied from another job (he left the name of which within the code). It required numerous changes, no installer (initially), didn’t work on Vista 32 (he knew this was the target platform). He hassled me everyday for payment, even though my Project Brief clearly stated 7-day UAT period from delivery of final working code. I’ve worked with American, Australian & Ukrainian developers who do a much better job & deliver a more professional product, without the hassle. I’m suspicious of his high rating. I can only assume other buyers expectations must be very low.
 » concepts2k6's reply: I feel Nick is a ridiculous person.He told me at start that he worked with many GAF providers but he wasnt happy and never paid them.See his profile,he posted 4 proj and non was rated.You can think what sort of person he is.This guy feel once he awarded a project,has the right to add whatever extra he want.i never asked for extra payment but he only forced me to add more & proposed to pay extra.I put my best to complete proj well in time and good faith,but he kept on pushing payment after completion giving various reasons. After waiting for 10 days,I posted nonpayment complaint at GAF before he made payment.If he felt that i did wrong,why he didnt launch a complaint at GAF and why he made payment to me?It shows,he was afraid in going to GAF since whole communication was recorded at GAF and anybody can understand the story.Finally,i can simply say,this guy is not reliable and don’t have courtesy to appreciate other's efforts. I have given him top rating even after such attitude.

Comments: Unfortunately the current scoring system will not do Neeraj justice. It seems that a 10 score is given away to easily on GAF. I would require a 15 to rate Neeraj. Yet again his attention to detail and passion to excellence has delivered an impeccable project, going out of his way and exercising level of proactiveness that is ofetn lacking in outsourced projects. Most of all he is a pleasure to deal with. We need more Neerajs's on GAF. I highly recommend Neeraj for all your programming needs.
