Incomplete Report: The provider lacks communication, I sent several mails and sent IM messages , but he did not replied back to any of them . If at the initial stage of the project the provider does not responds to the mails then there is no question of going further with the project.

Comments: 4 stars due the following bad situation. All about logo was perfect, but about background images wasn't. Because I ask two different images I sent 10$ more,(that's ok and fair) but when I ask a revise this two images for the dimensions the work was very bad, they just resizing the image or duplicate some part of the main image..so the result wasn't good. But the worst of all is that I found both of images in Google images, that means they send me ready images from internet. I have inform them for that but I never take a answer....

Incomplete Report: abhikabi did try to do the project and initially responded quickly, but ultimately didn't understand the difference between 2D and 3D animation. He did not look at the examples that I gave a number of times in the pmb and wasted my time and money. I am trying the dispute resolution with no response. Be careful that he understands your project thoroughly.

In start i need to say that the quality of bannersamples they send to us was really not good. I really wonder if it was real. I spent time insdead with making my OWN idea in Illustrator. I would definitely give them an A+ on not only skil (my corporate identity package came out beautifully) but communication ability (Abhishek communicated with me consistently and answered all of my inquiries promptly) and customer service (they were quick in providing the designs and changes -- even when it was something I forgot, they added my suggestions without ever complaining once and remaining very friendly and professional!. If Abhishek and his team should bid on your project, you would be wise to accept. It's not often you find a provider of this caliber. Although I was a bit skeptical since their bid was a bit higher than the maximum amount I wanted to spend, I can honestly say that it was money VERY WELL spent. They were definitely worth every cent. Comments: We hired Abhishek to complete this job and a few others. The first 2 jobs went well then the last job he agreed to do went bad. We paid him 1/3 of the payment up front, and he completed the 1st 3rd of the work. On payment of the second payment he disappeared. He gave us the 1st 3rd of the work but never completed the job. He now owes us $500 dollars and refuses to complete the job or refund that payment. So he walks away with $1000 dollars US and we get about $200 dollars worth of work. DO NOT HIRE HIM. He ripped us off and refuses to deal with it in a proper way.
