| » johnkcummings's answer: We appreciated their attempt at trying to do our website, we were trying to be nice about it, but their work was not as they portrayed and what we got back was not what we asked for. As a design company we wanted a site that would be better than anything we have ever put together for any of our clients, they gave us a site that was not up to that expectation and each time we asked for them to add the dynamic options that was agreed to during bid negotiations, they asked for more money. To be nice for their attempt rather than not paying them and cancelling the project. Additionally, we offered a slightly lower amount for not continuing the project. Once paid we tossed the site in the trash and got another developer to start over. The new developer produced a site that was beyond all expectations and was more than what we could ask for. |
