Comments: Excellent work on the modifications. All project goals were accomplished and the work was delivered exactly as requested. The only reason this is not a 10 is because of a slow start to the project. But, never mind the slow start-- this programmer has excellent skills and did exactly as requested. I can and do recommend using this programmer.

Incomplete Report: FreePro never worked on site at all after trying to contact over 10 times. He said he was behind and would start after 2 weeks, but never did.
 » FreePro's reply: I learn , got 2 running projects and 2 awarded make ill. next I will decline awarded project when have running project.
