| Comments: I spent about 2 hours explaing my project in detail. Vibhu stated his company was a 20 man company he was 100% happy with the description and job. I awarded the contract and never heard from him again. I pM'd about 8 times, no answer. I finally demanded Escrow back and was told he was sick. It appears if the boss gets sick all work stops, he has all the passwords and jobs, so no work was done. I am upset because I was not contacted and told, so I lost 3 weeks project time. I think they do very good work, and would pick them again, but I would make sure there is backup to one person getting sick and all work stopping before awarding a contract. |

| Comments: Very, very disappointing. I wrote about 10 emails and gave 4 phone calls. I was always promised promised promised but the work was not done. Nor did he respond in any way. And I have not been able to recontact him via phone.
The reason for 3 instead of 1 is that earlier he did do some good projects. |
