Comments: Great Cheater. He keep on changing his requirements day by day and still made us work stating that he will pay only after completion of work. We completed everything and loaded the files in his server. when we were in final phase, he said everything was fine and he also stated 95% of project is complete. When we completed the project he totally reversed his statement inorder to avoid paying us. Only request to service provider dont ever work on his project. Check his previous review you can find this is been a habit to him. He keeps changing his mind and misusing GAF to most extent. Its funny that till completion of project he said everything is fine and after completion of project he totally changed his statement. We completed the project without being paid the total project fees. This makes people to realise how genuine he is. Dont ever work for him.
 » catv's reply: We are very easy to work with if you are an expert. We have very high standards in work quality, we do not tolerate low quality code. I'm sure we'll get a lot of negative feedback like this because we expect things to be done to a high standard of usability, quality of code structure, commented, intelligent code. This particular outfit from India that we gave a try did very shoddy coding, it was a nightmare, bugs everywhere, nothing worked as expected, it was unusable. But in all fairness it was a learning experience for us because we learned that if you budget low, you get what you pay for.

Comments: Posted a very generic project description to give the slightest idea of work scope and then when provider accept the project with the price and timeline, his "detail project requirement" will swell into something totally UNACCEPTABLE for the initially agreed price and timeline. We could not go on with such a way and decided to cancel the project.

I'm sure we'll get a lot of negative feedback like this because we expect things to be done to a high standard of usability, quality of code structure, commented, intelligent code. Again, I'm glad that they decided not to accept the project instead of wasting our time. We will work harder in the future to make sure that project requirements are very clear from the beginning.
