Comments: We had a agreement to pay him when work was delivered. Even that he argued about payment everyday, and stopped work several times. He had a lot of errors in code, nothing was delivered from him.. We will never work with him again, we wasted our time on him!
» pkumar125's reply: It was worst exprience working with this provider. He keep changing his specification on daily basis and not ready to commit any payment atall. He is having all his past exprience not even to trust ESCROW and want to handover all codes to his server fully functional without paying anything to provide. After closely monitoring his attitude and intention, we decided to terminate working with him (Even though Project was 95% ready)instead of Gifting all codes to him. Only after starting the project we realise that he is having Very poor Rating by all Service Provider, but seems quite good in manupulation and able to convience them to withdraw there Poor Rating.
