Incomplete Report: 1. He delivered website in HTML instead of Joomla. 2. He is not responsive. It often takes days before he gives a response 3. He doesn't perform any quality control often leading to many wasted revisions.
 » hsoft's reply: He has commented about a project not posted on GAF, it was outsite deal and as he said we do not agreed on joomla. It was a HTML site and after moving site to his server, he asked for convert it to joomla. He took our work with out payment from a trick. He also not paid for site posted on GAF build in JOOMLA.
