Comments: Grackle started very quickly on the project, then they got "busy", and the whole process slowed to a halt. It has been 4 weeks and no response from tons of emails and phone calls. They have STOLEN close to $800 from me. Unless you have money to throw away, DO NOT USE GRACKLE SOFTWARE

Comments: Started well then they disappeared with my money. Refused to answer my phone messages or e-mails. Basically agreed to specific details about the project for which they were paid in advance to complete - then then never spoke to me again. No integrity, no professionalism, no morals, lack of maturity. Save the grief - look alsewhere.
