Incomplete Report: It has now been almost 2 months and during this time very little work was done to the site. The design was done by us and submitted to cyberdocuments who is clueless when it comes to anything about making the design work or moving anything on the layout. He said he hired someone to help him but nothing changed. He told us that all extensions were installed but they were not. He could not even get them to work at the end and stated that we would have to buy them even though he told us in the beginning that he had alternative solutions that he would implement Bottom line.. AVOID HIM...he might mean well but has no idea what he is doing and was way over his head on this project. We ended up wasting our time but thank god not our money

Incomplete Report: Promises and primitive suggestions instead of work. I was patiently waiting for a week and a half. Last time I sent email I was promised a solution within 24 hour (by Sunday night). It's Monday afternoon and I am tired of waiting. I will be re-opening this project again for others to bid.

I made a demo site for client before he accepted my bid and this is what he said " You are one of few who actually did this and I want to thank you." So I was technical enough to come through and he thank me for it

Comments: I got the template up running together with the other corrections I had to the tempalte. I just mailed login and everything was taken care of. Didn´t have to change anything. Took a little longer than the 3 days, but no problem, I was not in a hurry. I can recommend this supplier for Magento template help.

Incomplete Report: Design work not up to expectations. I sadly had to cancel this project. This was a waste of precious time but a good lesson.
 » cyberdocuments's reply: I told the buyer before starting work that I am more of a Magento developer than a graphic designer . But the work he ask me to do was graphic designing instead of working /configuring Magento it self so the result would obviously be poor. I think that's not a fair way to judge a person. How can you give good results if you are not good in that area. I did my best of what ever I knew of Graphic designing.If he would have seen my Magento work he would have being of different opinion. Every person is entitled to his opinion

But due to a an electric short circuit my mac has gone out of order and wont be able to complete your project. Due to Tight budget I will not be able to repair the Mac for some time. Its only fair to inform you that you should find an alternative developer to work on your project. I am very sorry for this mishap but it is some thing beyond my control Regards
