 » profsite's reply: This was a very small project just for $12 and we took small fee as an advance. Have I done something wrong if I asked for $12 upfront???

Incomplete Report: I had a problem with this provider. I will try to be objective so I will state only the facts. First I want to make clear that the project was not even started so it's not a big deal, by common agreement we decided not to proceed, no dispute open with profsite. I asked 30 incoming links, the cheapest bid was from profsite for 49$. Profsite then proposed a more in depth SEO work and I replied that for now we wanted to stick to the original plan and I selected him as winner. After that i received a proposal for SEO packages ranging from $99 to $849 which left me surprised, so I asked if he was cheating. The answer was: "I am not cheating, that price was for our starter package not for 30 links. 30 PR0+ links will cost you $80 within 10 days" At this point I asked him to abide to the bid that he originally made or end communication. The answer was: "That bid was a place holder to discuss more in PMB and we were talking about SEO..."
 » profsite's reply: Well, that bid was a place holder because I didn’t understand the project, in PMB we discussed about requirements, found he need SEO rather than 30 links and suggested according. Firstly he was interested but later he denied and selected us instantly without confirming about services. There were confusion in SEO, his project 30 links and our link building package then we denied the project, he cancelled and left a feedback. He was not ready to listen or understand, very unprofessional!!
