Comments: Slow to respond and asks for multiple changes after things have been finalized but overall nice client.
» ttpham41's reply: I was NEVER slow to respond. I'm on the computer 24/7 so I always reply to emails within the next day or so. I told and warned him in advance that he would be dealing with the assistant (who needs approval for changes) so there is a chain of command.
If anything, he was extremely soooo to respond throughout the contract. For the several weeks, he wouldn't respond or missed dealines complaining that the computer isn't working and then he had several other problems.
I'm not complaining but I am trying to explain what happened since he's not giving you a full story. He's a good guy to be putting up with the work but he just shouldn't have sold me short like that for the comment.
