Comments: worst experience ever happen: after retouching and made major enhancement of 107 picture, (work that had taken 2 people working for 12 days ) he ask to send the file and simply disappear. No payment done, nor partially. Please avoid this kind of customers and always ask escrow payment or advance payments. ICS DESIGN - Hong Kong
