Comments: Netforce correctly and quickly identified the problem with our email systems. The issue was that our server had been listed on 2 spam databases. We were hoping she might assist in getting us off these databases, but we were told that she would not be able to without quoting for additional work. This was a disappointment, as we think other bidders would only have been too happy to help fix the problem.
