Incomplete Report: Programmer was unable to complete project despite being given info very early,gave him extra time, even so only up to template stage, still not completed. Project was badly managed and lacked understanding of the urgency of my project/business needs/special circumstances. I kept asking him to do key things eg fix url of article links for good seo. Money spent on advertising, printing, office rent etc to start this business. Anyone coming to my site will see it is not finished, unprofessional. Bad image for my business. In the end I just gave up. Too hard.
