Comments: We have been very pleased with their work. Priyanka and her staff work non-stop and well into the night. The time difference was not a problem, as they are often awake at 3-5am India time, which is business hours in the US. The one thing that we must stress for companies that use Sanchitgroup/Bisplgroup: Be Prepared. You should have all content ready for them, as well as hosting, and shopping carts chosen. They were often waiting for us to give them more of the project, so that they can continue. They are professional and great with details. We are going to be using them again for a 3rd project.

Comments: Priyanka is a pleasure to work with. We have 2 projects done by them. One was very basic, which was developing an info website about one of our products. I sent a list of what I wanted and MS Word examples of the look of the site and it was done within days. They did an admin site for me to control and change text and pictures. We are very happy with them. We are still completing 1 project with them. (a large e-commerce site) Priyanka is great when it comes to changes on projects. If you give changes, they are done fairly fast. Many times, we gave changes and it looked like nothing was updated and then all of a sudden...everything was done! They are very eager to complete each project. They tend to want content and features all at once. This project was taken care of very well.

Comments: Very very poor. These guys don't know the first word in customer service. I have fought to try to get the project completed by them, it should have been 18 days, it's so far been over a month and a load of excuses. They took on the job knowing what we wanted, we supplied them the complete brief, they agreed to the price. We have provided them with the flash files that we had prepared, they, after over a month, have nothing to show for my deposit of $500. Having been told by them they have had a virus on their system, then a MYSQL installation problem, then that they had not had the files, etc, etc. They are now saying that they were only going to take on the programming work!! They haven't even done that!! I'll let you know if they decide to complete. I doubt that they will though, we can't wait for them to decide when they are going to do this. BTW: OffshoreOutsourcing are also involved in this with them for some reason, but you need to be aware of this.
