Comments: I am giving this grade because there is no reason why I should deduct any marks. When I selected Babita as service provider, I was not completely confident if the work done by her would be nice. But now I can say that my decision was right. She sent me various logo designs till I got the one that I wanted. She used her creativity, but at the same time, provided designs within the parameters that I had established. A few times I did feel that she could have used her creativity more. But, can't blame her really. After all there may be many buyers who would like service providers to provide exactly what the buyers want and not apply their own creativity. In that sense, her decision to go along with the exact requirements I had set was practically proper decision. But, when I asked her to try some options on her own and see which would look better, then I was really happy with the creative freedom that she took as a graphics designer.
