| Comments: Original bid was increased and we agreed on $550 as opposed to the $100. I had no problem paying more if the job was going to be done right. Meetesh and his development team never communicated well or followed explicit written AND schematic instructions. Project dragged on for over 4 months when I was told it would take 2 weeks. I was very patient but in the end I'm out 85% of the money invested and have to find someone else to finish the job. As of late my emails were not being returned, and the development team couldn't fix simple email settings to have registered users get mail sent back. They are the programmers not me, there is no need for me to break my neck and call tech support and email them 'how-to' links; and then they never fix it. I'm very unhappy with the service and the end results. Their coding is just a template they alter. Kept trying to push their design services which were not needed or asked for. Be cautious and wait to see workbefore paying more than 50% |

Actually we had to drop the project due to the fact that they assigned a person to the project that did not have the skills needed to do the job. After several attempts to try to explain how to solve some of the problems we simply gave up. |
