We communicated via MSN on an almost daily basis and discussed any problems that needed to be addressed.
They delivered on everything they promised and it was obvious early on in the project that they take great pride in delivering a high quality final product, and will do what it takes to satisfy the clients wishes.
The end result was exactly what I had envisioned when I posted the project, and it was done on time and for a very reasonable rate.
I have two more potential projects and I won't even bother posting on GAF as they will be offered to ExtremePro first to provide a quote.
