Incomplete Report: I paid CSSA Global $520 deposit to build me a .asp CMS they promised me that their development team would start work the following day (26 Nov 2008) and that they would provide me with daily project updates by email and within 5 days they would supply me with a working design for evaluation that, would demonstrate the CMS’s ability to produce search engine friendly urls. They attempted to build me a CMS for linux server even though the job brief clearly stated that I required .asp CMS for windows server. To date CSSA Global has not produced the first working design that demonstrates the required functionality that was stated in the job brief. I have tried to contact CSSA Global to seek a refund, they refuse to talk with me or return my deposit of $520. I’ve submitted a Pay Pal claim to try and get money back. CSSA Global is a very un professional and very un scrupulous organisation stay away from them you will loose your money and ruin your relationship with your clients.

Comments: For the last 3 months, I have a team, yes a team of web developers (team of graphic designers, 2 dedicated ASP.NET coders, a project manager, and other professionals) working with me on my project. I work directly with the programmers every business day even on Saturdays! They are very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and have a clear understanding of my needs (Thanks Mohnish, & Shashi!) The experience has been overwhelmingly pleasant. Currently, the project is now on my server, and we're going through testing of the codes. I feel extremely confident with CSSAGlobal team that I released all payments and expect a great result. I have been chatting with Chetan, CSSAGlobal's CEO about our future projects together. I highly recommend these guys to everyone looking for successul projects.

Comments: DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I cannot believe how bad this company have been. I lost 2 clients through trying to do projects with them. One because their CSS was so atrocious and one because they could not deliver on time. The first client left when after about a month they still couldn't achieve the basic page layout needed even though I continually corrected it and sent it back to them. The second left when they missed deadline after deadline, taking over 2 months to do what was essentially a very simple project, which I reposted on here and a company did in a week. They were never online to talk to and repeatedly ignored my requests for contact and updates. In short they under delivered in every area; communication, quality and delivery. A disgrace.

Comments: Great work, good communications with providers almost 24/7 in contact over chat or voip. Very responsive and great communication skills. Looking forward to a fine longterm relationship with CssaGlobal. The only reason why not a perfect 10 is that the job got over the deadline by some days. But on the other hand they had three of our projects thrown over them in the same time. All handled by the one and only Rahul. Definitively a keeper. I had another project they work on now and an update on a previous one.

Comments: Well i must admit this was a tough project in a short time frame. Plus we needed language support for the front and back office part since we live in a multi language region. The project manager was on top of the project like always. All the team was able to communicate in fluent english (that helps) and there was a life communication using skype with designer coder and project manager 10-12 hours a day. Even then every day a mail status report open for suggestions. Most certain one of the better providers i worked with the last years. They received three more projects during the same time frame and they where able to forfill all in the same time. Just a bit tough for me following up three projects in the same time. It seems Rahul.S is far better a project manager than I am A+++

Comments: Cssa Global might have provided a lot of successful projects, but mine was a disaster, 1.)I was assigned a junior developer 2.) Project 3 months delayed! I had to stop development and fix the remaining issues myself, cause I could not wait anymore 3.) Almost 10 different persons were involved, not talking with each other, leaving me very frustrated having to explain over and over again (I´m glad that the MSN client has an history tab!. 4.) 4 different people nagging for payments release, drives me crazy, milestones were not yet done, but over and over MONEY MONEY MONEY requests like a spoiled child asking for candy. 4.) I recently handed over the code to my developers working for me onshore, their assignment were to replace the crappy design, translate and clean the site up,remove cross-site-scripting bugs etc. I now have received the verdict of the new code review, basically it´s cheaper rewrite the entire code from scratch! 4000$ down the drain....

There was a direct requirement of Flash media server to be installed which was done at your end. As far as code is concerned - we stand by with the quality. We accept that there was a delay on our part when it came to development of the concept, nevertheless I feel that we have justified and accepted each and every change request of yours and my developers and myself have worked with you day and night on this one. It is really sad that you should post such comments about us for no reason at all. If you were unhappy with the approach - you could have told me then and there itself. Outsourcing over long distance cannot work well without effective communication - there should have been some loose ends for me as well as you. I have no hard feelings though as we welcome all brickbats just as we welcome bouquets. Best luck in your endeavors. CSSAGlobal

Comments: Once again CSSA has surpassed even my imagination in terms of what I would expect from a company like theirs. In my work as a business consultant, I've come to expect less from a company local in Canada. CSSA will shock you. You'll hire them, and then walk outside and hug an Indian. Every time I call CSSA, not only do I get a product that meets exactly what I need with obvious thought put in by the company... but I also get the satisfaction of knowing that they'll never simply stop working and go to court if they underquote, as I've seen Canadian companies do over and over.

I hired them for a project with USD 800. They accepted all project terms and started the work. The work turned to crap. A one and half months project turned into several months with hardly any progress. I have commented on some issues many times and they couldn't solve them but kept saying they had done!! An ABSOLUTE WASTE of my time. Chetan (so-called CEO) and Sachin kept asking me to release the money like a child asking for candy; I released USD700 out of 800 but they couldnt delivery the work for the payment they got; and at the end, they asked me to increase the budget for the project; AGAIN, THESE GUYS ARE CHEATERS and SCAMER's. DONT HIRE THEM!!

The case is a classic switch and bait case: Jason saw and reviewed daily updates / work reports and further accepted the work. After paying us in full for the project and after receiving source codes for the application turned in threatening demanding full refund or otherwise he would destroy our perfect 10 rating. After we declined to accept those he kept on constantly threatening to dire consequences if we dont comply to his atrocious work demands and changes. He also asked us to work for 2 more projects for free. Most unprofessional buyer, be very careful while dealing with him - has lot of mood swings: NOT RECOMMENDED.
