Comments: This client cancelled a project he had awarded to us without even notifying us. We had completed the analysis and had already started working on the project only to learn that it was cancelled out of the blue. Regarding the banner (it was not a logo job), the client never gave us proper specifications - we came up with different versions and he was satisfied that's why he paid us. If he didn't like the banner, he could've said so and we could've revised it. We had already sent him the PSD but he didn't receive it and wrote the review for us without first confirming with us.
