Comments: This is my first experience with getafreelancer and most likely my last. The developer was paid in $100 installments but then flaked out after the last payment. He became completely non-responsive, even just to reply to me to send an incomplete working file. There was no creativity or initiative for basic common sense quirks - instead complained that I was adding work... His work was nowhere near the quality of examples we discussed, reviewed and agreed to. In fact, he said midway he couldn't do a couple of key features that were reasons I selected him in the first place. So I'm out $400 with unusable work. Thanks for screwing me over jerk.
 » Hatipovic's reply: The job was done to 80% to 90% percent. Actually I had difficulties to finish the job to 100% but this review does not truly reflect the hard work and days spent on creating this application and working on the code over and over again. It's simply unfair that so many hours of hard work deserve such a poor grade. Don't take this review too serious, please take my other reviews into account to see what kind of developer I am. Anybody else on this site knows me well and he knows that I am the type of person described in this review. Thanks, Mirza.

Comments: This the second time I have asked Mirza to do some work, He does really great stuff, finishes it on time and is always ready to listen to any revisions,communication is excellent, If he bids on your project don't hesitate to accept his bid you wont be disappointed.

Comments: If you have a project that needs flash and php this is the man to give it to, I asked him to produce some very difficult flash with quite a few changes, he took it all in his stride, and did awesome work.

Comments: Mirza is a true Flash developer. I actually used to work for Macromedia and am an experienced ActionScripter myself. Beyond this Mirza was available on Skype and he even did work over the weekend.

Comments: I was pleased with Mirza and definitely hope to work with him on the next stage of this project and in the future. Grade: B+ Mirza had excellent ideas on improving our original spec. These sped development and made the results more robust. He was quick to implement his ideas and very candid about providing his input on both technical and aesthetic details. On the personal side, what I like most about working with Mirza is his sincerity and integrity. I don't feel he ever misrepresented his skills or took on too much work at the expense of our project. He told me when he'd have to look elsewhere for an answer and was upfront and conscientious about his schedule. He is very dedicated and has pride in his work. Negative: I had a bit of trouble getting him to reference the spec provided, but this was perhaps in part due to the collaborative nature of some portions of the project.

Comments: This guy does really good work, I felt bad for him while he was working with us, because we had A LOT of continuous changes and updates from the client, but, with very little upset, he made them work for us and made our client happy. We should have made a better attempt to let him know that he was very much appreciated throughout this project! He was always available to talk to online, made continuous updates and was very knowlegable about every aspect of what we wanted to do.
