Incomplete Report: IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND PROJECT IS NOT EVEN STARTED. now we are getting emails telling us the specs where not clear, but over 20 other freelancers got it fine....this freelancer is not capable of doing/understanding this project and has wasted a lot of time for us...will not use again.
 » a1dezine's reply: We repeatedly requested clarification of issues in the client specs which he was unable to provide in a timely manner. His specifications were around 100 pages and extremely detailed. He also did not escrow the required deposit as detailed in our project requirements and if he started out in this fashion we were reluctant to continue working with this client. He proved our decision was correct by his comments above. He reposted the project and selected another provider after this and then once again cancelled the project. His previous projects have all been low budget $50 projects and this is his first big project. Steer clear of this buyer.

Comments: The job was very poorly made, i have spent 5 - 6 hours now recoding/debuging the class he gave me. The code was full of security flaws. He doesnt even know how to TAB in the code. This was surely a nightmare for me.
 » a1dezine's reply: This client was given the script and demanded more and more work which was not included in the contract i.e "Works fine now but can you make css/divs on the frame on the images instead of tables because its so MUCH html". Our contract for $80 was just to deliver the script and not for designing. When we pointed out that design was not included in the project, he threatened us with the poor rating which he has gone ahead and printed. We have his emails praising the quality of our work before this.

 » a1dezine's reply: Went out of our way to help Sara as she did not have the money to pay for the contract. We accepted partial payments on a monthly basis. She had very vague ideas about what she wanted and we followed them as well as we could with the limited information at hand however constantly needed confirmation and she was difficult to get ahold of. Our staff were also offered bonuses to their private accounts to do work outside the scope agreed to for her in their spare time.

 » a1dezine's reply: We did this job for just $35 and the client knew that we were going away for the weekend. He sent us changes that he wanted over the weekend whilst we were away and when we got back in touch on our return he had already done them. Changes were so minor they would have taken 5 minutes to do.
