Comments: Outsourced most of the work for the project. Uses multiple names and freelancing accounts. Got the job done, although I had to pay a few thousand over agreed amount for project. Contacted some of the freelancers he hired, he under payed them, he kept over 1/2 for himself. He did less than 5% of work, just hired other freelancers.

Comments: If I was to rate him on his friendliness I would rate him a 10 ~ but on what I was looking for in the design I would rate a 1. He gave a lot of promises for dates to give me the design and it never was completed. He tried but he wasn't able to design the flash I needed. I ended up closing this project and reposting looking for another contractor. He also asked for money upfront and even for the rest of the money before project was finished. I ended up paying $75 of the $100 for a job I couldn't use. The project was completed by another freelancer whom I rated a 10.
