Comments: Appreciate that some people may not be aware of what is involved in some projects but this was quite unpleasant. This user did not stick to the agreed spec on what was to be done and was not very open in the first instance - even got me to lower bid on the premise of this. It looks like other develpers have suffered a similar fate. I personally would not entertain this user again. PS There is now not so much work to do on the actual html so that it can be used to submit info - but as addition after addition of what the user wanted I could not tolerate their attitude any longer....

Comments: very bad buyer changed project requirements tremendsouyl after i won the bid and posted a bad review after he declined to accept my offer to do the project for a higher price
