Incomplete Report: I would say a few words. Pluses : promises and only promises. Minuses : You gonna waste your time with this provider.
 » madiy's reply: The work is always completed following some steps. IF you don't follow those the project is not goes well. I agree I made commitments promises. But Jumping over things without following steps is not the solution. This happened. Check with other people who worked with me. I provide service they have better saying as compare to his remarks.
