Comments: A fantastic webmaster with great PR skills - only she wants to save money using "PR". This is language she uses "oh forget it. I was trying to decide what to pay you but your attitude just sucks". Even afetr finishing 96% of the project , i did not deliver the stuff to her because of this attitude and she is VERY VERY unwilling to pay... ESCROW YES... BUT...! She can leave you a wonderful stinker for a review without even talking to you...!

Comments: as a buyer, debbie does not provide the service provider with sufficient, clear information. she lacks patience, keeps harrassing the provider, asking for feedback on the work progress and can terminate the project anytime if she isn't satisfied with the feedback, without any valid reason. she does not respect the deadline given to the provider.
