Comments: The project was delivered rather late. When delivered it extracted only a fraction of the data. Despite repeated requests the provider REFUSE TO OFFER ANY SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. He was very civil & courteous, just DID NOT GET THE JOB DONE :( For us IT WAS A TOTAL LOSS. Provider claimed that he underestimated the scope, I was willing to accomodate him, despite that provider completely abandoned the project after 10+ days.

He stayed up till 3:00 AM and then got back up and worked for us on a Saturday, just to get this done for us in the time frame we needed and completed it while communicating clearly and effectively which is a rarity with some overseas developers theses days. He gave us many options on how to resolve our issue and i cannot say enough about how professional he was. I highly recommend him to any and all project managers or developers. For all you US or UK based developers or project managers I think it is important to note that he writes and communicates in flawless English.
